2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged products not caused by delivery issues.

  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount (unless defective).

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may ask for photos or videos as proof.

  • A replacement or full refund will be issued after verification.

4. Return Process

  • To start a return, customers must contact our support team.

  • After approval, customers will receive instructions on how to send back the product.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, customers must provide a valid bank/mobile payment number to receive the refund.

7. Shipping Costs
